The company behind SOLVIQA™
MUSHEEZ® is an Estonian specialist in certified organic functional mushroom ingredients and product development.
Founded in 2019, MUSHEEZ® is the trading brand of Natural Chaga OÜ. We work with more than 60 brands across approximately 30 European countries, supplying functional mushroom ingredients, bulk prepared liquid and powder products and finished products for white labelling.
Our approach combines practical product-development experience with specialist manufacturing partners, independent testing and an emphasis on quality and transparency.

Why we created this website
This website was developed to support the introduction of SOLVIQA™, our functional mushroom ingredient range for food and beverage applications, at Fi Europe 2026 in Frankfurt.
SOLVIQA™ takes our work beyond conventional ingredient specifications to explore how mushroom ingredients behave in real formulations.

Research and quality
Research, quality and transparency
Your ingredient decisions should be supported by evidence, not simply extraction ratios or marketing claims.
Our quality programmes combine product-specific independent testing, glucan analysis and relevant safety testing. Methods include nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) for identity verification and liquid chromatography with electrospray ionisation and quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS) for compound profiling.
For SOLVIQA™, we also investigate practical formulation characteristics such as dispersion, hydration, taste and mouthfeel.
We publish research, technical reports and practical guidance to help you make better-informed ingredient decisions.

Our approach to responsible AI
We use artificial intelligence to support research, drafting, analysis, design and everyday work.
People remain responsible for the results. AI-assisted material is reviewed by our team, and scientific, analytical and regulatory information is checked against appropriate evidence. AI is not treated as an authority for product specifications or health claims.
We also take the protection of personal and confidential information seriously.
